Greg, typically during the summer, things calm down as the jet stream energy shifts north. I was just saying yesterday that I can’t wait until July/August.

jamie i think you and brian are the greatest i am so scared of storms you all have no idea i really mean im terrified and i watch you in the morning afternoon and evening im getting to the point where im afraid to go anywhere for fear of a storm happening totally scared thanks for being there

My brother in Iowa said they went through a pattern like this the last 3 years where it started with these powerful storms in the Spring but never stopped all summer. Do you think we might be in for this as well this year?

Beth, it is not possible to forecast EXACTLY where a tornado will occur. The Severe Storm Prediction Center makes forecasts that cover a larger area to warm people that tornadoes are more LIKELY anywhere in that shaded region. Jamie
