Mild, but unsettled…
We’re starting off with a few clouds this morning… and I actually drove through a brief sprinkle on my way to work this morning… but most spots will be dry for the first part of the day. Later this afternoon, a better chance for a few sprinkles and/or light showers moves into the area. Highs will continue their upward trend, and we should be right around 50-degrees this afternoon. After a few showers this evening, we dry out overnight and Thursday will start off dry. We will be breezy and mild again Thursday afternoon, with highs in the mid-50s ahead of a cold front. That front brings in the chance for scattered showers again during the afternoon and evening:
Behind the front, much cooler air will build in for Friday and Saturday. Both days look chilly–if not cold–and a few snowflakes are also possible. We’re not expecting much if any accumulation once again, and highs will be in the mid-upper 30s. Snowfall is running about 9.5″ below normal for the season, and temperatures are 4.4° above normal. Our non-winter continues!
