Nice today, but unsettled for the weekend…
High pressure will keep us dry today, but clouds will be on the increase as a cold front approaches from the northwest:
In between the two this afternoon, we’ll get close to 50-degrees! Most of our daylight hours will be dry, with rain chances increasing *slightly* this evening… but more so late tonight. As that front moves into the Miami Valley, an area of low pressure will develop and move along the front through early Saturday morning:
While Saturday starts wet, the afternoon will be dry as the front moves south of us. We’ll probably keep lots of cloud cover, and it will be chilly on the north side of the front, with highs in the lower 40s. On Sunday, the front will start to lift back north as a warm front, and we will see an area of rain approach our southern counties:
The best chance of rain (right now at 30-40%) will be south of I-70 on St. Patrick’s Day. It will also continue to be chilly:
Remember the number 449-9999! That’s the FREE cab ride number for this weekend–in case you need it! Have fun & be safe!
