Continued warming into the weekend…

“I’m melting… I’m melting!”  Not only a quote from my favorite movie of all time, but also what area snowmen are saying in unison.  Here is a look at our snowbunny… before and after:



High pressure will continue to dominate our weather for the next few days.  This means, increasing amounts of sunshine, and slowly warming temperatures.  Today’s highs will still be about 10-degrees below normal, but we will continue to climb Friday into Saturday:


We are still looking at a good chance of showers on Easter Sunday, unfortunately… at least it will be warm enough for rain vs. snow!  And we may even hear a rumble or two of thunder.  Here’s a look at one of the models, which has been advertising a morning/early afternoon rain… ending later in the day.  This is Sunday morning at 8am:


And another bump in the road to Spring early next week… with chilly conditions and a few snow showers possible for Reds Opening Day:
