A couple nice days, but rain chance returns by weekend…August 1st, 2013 at 7:32 am by Jamie Jarosik under Weather
A cold front brought some rain to the Miami Valley overnight and early this morning, but not everyone saw rain.
Dayton International Airport: .02″
Fort Loramie: .2″
Now we are back to dry conditions. With high pressure building in from the west, we will see the morning fog and low clouds slowly break as we head into the afternoon hours. So eventually we become partly sunny and the humidity will drop! So as we warm to near 80… it will be a pleasant warm.
Most of Friday will be dry, as well, but rain chances return by evening. They will be highest Friday night into Saturday, but we will see a good deal of dry weather over the weekend, and temperatures will remain *just* below normal. So, quite enjoyable. UNLESS you want heat and humidity. THAT is not in the forecast for at least the next week, if not longer. NOAA released the August outlook:
Below normal… or near normal temperatures are expected. The “normal” high this now is near 83-degrees, and it drops to 81 by the end of the month.
