Warming up this week…

We’re starting the day with some thick fog in parts of the Miami Valley, and a Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for a portion of the viewing area through 9am… mainly for counties north of I-70. The counties in grey are included:

Fog will mix out between 8 and 10am, and we will be left with a good deal of sunshine today, thanks to high pressure in control of the region.  This high shifts to the east over the next 24 hours, which will allow our winds to become southerly, and a warm-up to ensue.  Today’s highs will be near-normal in the lower 80s.  But expect mid 80s tomorrow and that will stick around through much of the week!  Humidity will also make a come-back–especially by Wednesday.  That is also our next chance of rain… with scattered showers and thunderstorms expected.
