Grey start to the week, but a warm-up soon!

A stalled front is washing out over the area today, but a lot of moisture lingers… and we are starting the day with some fog, drizzle and even the potential for a few showers through the first part of the day:

High pressure will eventually win out this week, and the clouds may even try to break a bit late this afternoon going into the evening hours.  This will set us up for a bit more sunshine on Tuesday… and a good deal of sun Wednesday.  All aiding in a warming trend through mid-week:

Rain chances will be low through this time, but they do start to increase by Thursday and Friday.  We couldn’t rule out a pop-up shower/t’storm either of these afternoons.  A better chance of rain, will unfortunately again be over the weekend.  A strong cold front arrives on Saturday, bringing showers, thunderstorms, and much cooler weather!
