Yesterday (Wednesday) morning has been the coldest so far this season–we officially hit the teens! The official low at the Dayton International Airport was 19 frigid degrees. This morning… we are starting off quiet and cold again… but not AS cold:
High pressure to our south will once again bring abundant sunshine to the region, so keep the sunglasses out today. It will be a little breezy, but the southerly winds will bump temperatures up this afternoon. We will be about 10-degrees warmer than we were yesterday, as we climb into the upper 40s. The gradual warming trend continues for the weekend, as breezy southwest winds continue as well:
The warm-up comes with the chance for rain, however, with Sunday being the most likely day to see showers and even a few thunderstorms. Stay tuned!
